1. Ultra Crazy! now on Facebook
Well, I started a website when everyone was blogging, started blogging when everyone else was on Facebook, so now I have finally caught up! No worries if you are not a Facebook fan, I will still publish the Ultra Crazy! newsletter on the same sporatic basis. But if you are looking for quick updates or just chatting with other ultra runners, join the the new Facebook group "Ultra Crazy!"
2. Washington Ultra Series
What a fantastic way to start out the Washington Series. This year's Orcas 50K brought great weather, fast times, and yummy Pizza's! Shawna Wilskey took first place for the women and Alex Henry won for the men. Check out the rest of the series results and age group winners on the Wa Ultra Series web page. Next race in the series is Chuckanut 50K. Hope to see you all there!
3. Oregon Ultra Series
Another Hagg 50K without rain and mud? Who would figure. Pam Smith was first for the women and Max King won for the men. Go to the Oregon Ultra Series for complete results. Next race is Peterson Ridge 60K, get some socks!
4. Ditch the NSAIDs!
