Past issues and how to subscribe Please pass this newsletter to a friend! 1. Washington Ultra Series ResultsWhite River was a perfect day and a great race with fast times. We now have a new leader for the men as Arthur Martineau scored high enough to take the lead. Monica Ochs still leads for the women, but the ultimate winners for series for men and women can still be decided at Cle Elum, the last race of the series. We also have three runners who can qualify for the Forest Gump award by finishing the Cle Elum race. Christal Elliot, Alan Duebner, and Arthur Martineau have raced all the events in the series so far. 2. Oregon Trail Ultramarathon Series Results
With two races to go, Rod Bien leads for the men, and Linda Samet has the lead for the women. Olytrailrunner Kris Ryding has the distinction of being in 4th place for womens overall in the Oregon Series and 4th place in the Washington Series at the same time! 3. Where's Karl?

If you haven't heard, there was a disgruted hiker that complained to the Forest Service about the PCT 50 trail race and race leader Rod Bien took an elbow from a hiker. It's important for out sport that we are careful about sharing the trails with others, even during race events. |
