1. Wa Series Standings!

King Arthur put on another excellent Lake Young's race with Ryan McNight winning and Annie Thiessen setting a new women's course record! For the series, Chris Twardzik is still the men's overall leader and Kris Ryding is the overall leader for the women. Click on 2009 Results to check out the full results and age group leaders. Next race is the Grey Rock 50K in Yakima this weekend, hope to see you there. Then we have the White River 50M which is sure to shake up the results.

2. Oregon Ultra Series!

The Oregon series heats up again this weekend with the beautiful SOB 50K down in Ashland where Western States winner Hal Koerner and all his fast friends live and train. Why would you need an evening gown for an aid station? I guess the runners will find out!

3. A Weekend to watch!

This will be a busy weekend with Grey Rock and SOB, but there is much more to watch this weekend. This is also the weekend for Hardrock and you can track your favorite runners on their live progress link. Alot of us will also be keeping track of our favorite Capitol Peak Ultra's RD John Pearch as he tackles the Race Across Oregon for the second time. This will be even better than the Tour de France. Catch the live updates on the RAO Blog or subscribe to their twitter. John was rookie of the race last year and we all wish him best success this year!
